Hello and welcome to the Matthew J Bub State Farm Agency! We have two locations conveniently located in Bristol and Southbury ready to serve all current and future Connecticut residents.

I was born in Iowa and raised in Connecticut. A loving husband to a beautiful wife and proud father of three amazing kids. I am a proud member of the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and a youth baseball and football coach. As a retired golf pro turned State Farm Agent, I have proudly served our State Farm policyholders since 2005. My team and I have earned numerous awards over the years due to our reliable insurance coverage and outstanding customer service, including - Chairman'sCircle, Senior Vice President Club, Honor Club and Ambassador Club Qualifier. I am very passionate about helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.

I moved to Bristol in 2021 from Bronx, NY. I love the 3 P's in life (Police, Pizza and People). My past experience includes working as a direct care worker assisting the mentally disabled at IAHD. I then moved on to Bright Point Health and worked directly with my mother as a Substance Abuse Counselor. We helped our community find substance abuse and medical services. This was so gratifying for me. Being able to help people is my calling in life and what has lead me to Matthew J Bub State Farm agency.

I am a husband to a loving wife and a father. My family means everything to me. I enjoy video games, watching movies, writing music, playing the guitar, singing and MMA.
